Can I Add Bleed Elements If The Kit Doesn’t Have Any By Default?

I’m using the Pop Punk EZK extension and I want my Kick to pick up some snare and OH bleed. By default though, that isn’t an option (it just shows 0/0 on bleed enabled).

 

Is there a way to add elements into the Bleed for that kick?

BEST ANSWER

You can simulate bleed from a kit piece similar to any other ambient channel by stacking a kit piece with bleed on the kit piece without and muting its close mic’d channel either on the stack or in the mixer. The ability to load its bleed elements will appear in your mixer channel you want to hear bleed in.
