Buyed EZKeys Serial nok

Hi, i buyed EZ Keys here on toontrack. By the registration under toontrack manager ‘register new product’ theres a message, that this serial no. is already registred by another account which i received from you by e-mail. Whats going on? Do you send wrong serial number?
