Bug reporting?

Is there a place to officially report bugs?

I posted MIDI CHANGES ON SONG TRACK BUG a few days ago and theres no response from toontrack.   This is a fatal bug as it destroys your midi on a song track.  Which Pretty much means i cant use ezbass to make a song.

Please see the original post, and I’m happy to provide additional screenshots, video etc.
