So when I create a User Instrument and save it the first time (using “Save As”), everything works as expected. But when I make changes to the Instrument, the menu item to “Save” changes is grayed out, and I have to select “Save As” instead, requiring me to enter the name again, click okay to replace it, etc. Very tedious.
Not sure if many people use User Instruments, but I think they’re quite handy and I wish you would repair this basic saving functionality. Thanks.

Hi
I have not noticed that particular behavior. I will give it a try tomorrow to verify.
I think that another improvement could be had by not allowing SD3 to close until you have been given the choice to save or discard changes made to any instruments and or user profiles etc. before allowing shut down of the software.(SD3)
