Brushes and Sticks??

I’m trying to lay down a song that needs brushes on the snare during the verses, and sticks on the snare during the chorus. But EZDrummer won’t let me alternate between the two. It only allows me to do one or the other. Do I have to open up two EZDrummer programs in my project to make this work? Is there a way to have EZDrummer alternate between brushes and sticks without opening two programs? Please let me know what I’m doing wrong.

FYI: Using the Nashville kit with Nashville Grooves. I tried clicking on the BRUSES section, but that didn’t work either. It only uses whatever you have selected on your snare, sticks or bruses, not both.

Yes, you’ll need to have 2 EZdrummer instances (one sticks and one brushes).

Thanks for the info. I also just found out that I can ‘Unload’ drums from the 2nd EZD program that I’ll use for the brushes, so I can free up some memory.
