Bought new computer lost authorizations

I purchased a new computer, Windows 10, and now my authorization are gone ad I can’t get EZDrummer2, Pop Rock or Solo to work. Asks for computer name, Number, etc. but the authorizations don’t happen.

What can I do? I have the original EZDrummer1disk and number.

Any help is appreciated.

Download and install Toontrack Product Manager. Log into your Toontrack account -> My Products pick your product, details, authorizations tab will have your authorization information.

Bad advice Brad.. unless you unauthorized the previous install you’re out the license and need to contact support.

I lost an SSD and a laptop and both my EZDrummer authorizations when with them.

Hoping support can re-enable the two licenses I have.
