Bought EZdrummer 2 and SD 3 crossgrade, did not get bonuses when registered

I bought ez drummer 2, sd 3, and ez keys.  Registered the 3 of them. I was supposed to get a “window” that allows me to select a free ezx for keys and ez drummer, and was supposed to get new york 1 added for superior as a bonus.   Haven’t got any of these things after registering through product manager.  What do I do here?

Sorry for the inconvenience and any confusion this have led to.

 

We have added the NY Studios Vol 1 SDX to your account. A slight hiccup in our system stopped this from being automatically registered.

 

Regarding EZdrummer 2 and EZkeys however, you purchased them during the heavily discounted Black Friday Deal. During these days EZdrummer 2 did not give a Free EZX and the same thing is true for the EZkeys String Machine, it did not render a Free Sound Expansion.
