Bought EZD2 during free upgrade to EZD3 promo last week. EZD3 not in my account

I bought EZD2 from Sweetwater last week during the promo to get free upgrade to EZD3. I installed EZD2 and everything was working fine. I’m not sure where i can get the EZD3 download. It doesn’t show up in my account or the product manager. I thought it would be available when I logged in on May 3rd but I don’t see anything.

I only received the keycode for EZD2. Talked to my guy at Sweetwater and he wasn’t aware of another keycode to be issued by them.
