Bought Electronica Presets, can’t authorize

Bought and downloaded the new preset pack.

Clicking on the new presets opens up a menu to authorize the pack.

I copy & paste the authorization number from the MY Account page. After that it says in Sonar  “Sorry! Preset pack authorization failed..”

Hm, what am I to do?!
