I just bought an SDX Value Pack. But after I selected the first expansion module in Product Manager, it did not give me the chance to select any more. I paid for 3 expansions, but only got one. I tried re-entering the serial number, but Product Manager no longer recognizes it. How do I get the other two expansions that I paid for? Thanks!

Hi John,
I purchased the SDX Value Pack from Bestservice.com and registered the serial number I received inside Product Manager. I don’t know whether your system only shows purchases made directly from Toontrack or if it shows purchases from third-party retailers, as well. But I did place the order today and Product Manager accepted the serial number for that order, but then only allowed me to select one expansion pack.
I am new to the forum, but would be glad to send you a copy of the receipt and a screenshot of the serial number I received, if that helps.

then it’s nothing I can see as a Forum Technical Advisor. I would either contact Bestservice, who sold you the product, or Toontrack Support directly via the ‘Contact Support’ button found at the bottom of every FAQ page.
