Bossa nova & Samba patterns

Hi there,

I am seriously thinking about buying EZ Drummer the next days,since here i Germany there is a special offer ending 31.01,( buy ez drummer and get one expansion pack for free  ), and I’m into jazz and will of course get the Jazz EZX, but I also really need some good bossa nova , samba, latin jazz midi files / grooves whatever, coz I don’t want nor I can’t really program drum grooves. So my question is, if there are any bossa / latin jazz files available for EZ Drummer from Toontrack or elsewhere which you guys can recommend.

The cocktail kit has a few great traditional latin beats in its midi,this midi and kit comes bundled for free with EZY Drummer.
The midi can also be played with the normal drum kits too.

12 years later and EZ Drummer still don’t have authentic Brazilian grooves and sampled instruments. Not even some Bossa Nova grooves in midi.  Latin grooves and percussion instruments (and that mostly means Cuban)  is not the same as Brazilian. Goran made that for the BeatBuddy, but I can’t think of  any good Brazilian grooves for VST.  Come on,  ToonTrack, you have like 16 packs for heavy metal!

I ABSOLUTELY agree with Idelima. PLEASE Toontrack, please release a Brazilian/Latin MIDI pack and EZX Sound Expansion for this genre. It’s sad when my BOSS DDR-880 drum machine has more to offer in this area. Sigh.
