    Please uninstall EZdrummer (if you have it installed) and download the full product installer from your Toontrack account and install that instead of from the DVD (see pic below).

    Also, the Authorization process is described in this video:

    In addition, please take the time to fill in your system specifications in your profile and/or signature.
