Blending EZ2 and SD2 sounds

Hi guys,

probably it’s been asked here before but I cannot find it anywhere in the forum. I’m wondering what happens with the SD2 overheads and rooms (for example with the Avatar kit) when some of the pieces are changed for EZ2 drums. For example, changing one Avatar snare with a Metal Machine snare. Is this change reflected somehow in the SD2 rooms and overhead mics? What about changing some of the cymbals from one kit to another?

Hi,

microphones and bleed that have the same setup and routing, just seamlessly adds to the existing scheme.
You can go into the Microphone Assignment once you have added an X-drum and see which microphone and bleed goes where and which ones are unused.
There you can choose to create new X-mics as well.
