Black Friday sale New York Studios Vol.1 SDX not added to my account after SD3

I bought today an update to Superior Drummer 3, but my account doesn’t show the Black Friday sale offer of New Your Studios Vol.1 SDX.
I tried to find correct forum to ask you this, but couldn’t find one.

Hi,

The terms and conditions say “Only Regular and Crossgrade versions of Superior Drummer 3 will grant a free New York Studios Vol.1 SDX.” and you got the upgrade from SD2. However, you already have the NY Vol.1 SDX (Avatar), since it’s the core library in SD2 (and it works in SD3 too).

I’m having the same problem, and i got the crossgrade that definitely says I’m supposed to get this added.

Also not getting the bonus ezx for ez keys and ez drummer 2.
