Better High-Hat sound with TD-17KVX

Hi, I was wondering if there was anything I could do to get a more realistic sounding high-hat specifically during the transitions between the high-hat pedal response transitions. I attached a 10 second recording to the post. There seems to be a bit of a glitch around the 3 second mark. I’m using the TD-17 preset with a calibrated high hat Here is the MIDI from the sample attached:
