Hello all.
My problem is simple, and I can’t seem to find an answer anywhere on here. I recently purchased a copy of Beatstation from Musician’s Friend. Every time I try to register the product, I get an invalid code message reading “invalid serial number.”
Now, I’ve already purchased several Toontracks products and had no problems whatsoever. I’ve been registered on here for a few weeks, and all the other products registered just fine. Part of the problem is that the serial number on my copy is VERY difficult to read. However, I’m pretty sure I’m typing in the correct numbers and letters.
I also don’t really understand the support option here.
I’m obviously new here, but to say I’m frustrated would be an understatement. I love my other Toontrack products, but I’m totally stumped by this. Musician’s Friend has been absolutely no help at all, so I’m turning to the Toontracks community for assistance.
