BeatStation Crash again

Is there any way to get support help with Beatstation? and why doesn’t Toontrack have a dedicated company support email………..?
Not much to ask for.

I recently bought a new mac pro 10.6.8 and tried to load in Beatstation AU plug and standalone and they both crashed.
It’s a drag because i really like this virtual drum machine. It’s easy to use and you can layer things in a snap..
I’m hoping they’re not giving up support for it because maybe it wasn’t that popular.
Would love to know how to solve this little dilemma.

Never mind. I downloaded again and then reinstalled and everything was fine.

There is a dedicated Beatstation support forum for registered users. If you are a registered user but don’t have access to the support forums, it is most likely you used a different email address when opening this forum account than the email address you used to register your Toontrack products. If you PM me your Toontrack account info (email address) I can grant support forum access.
