Bar numbers out of sync with host.

When using Pro Tools, the bar numbers in the song track of EZD2 are always in sync with the host. Even with negative bar numbers, EZD2 is always in sync with bar 1 of the daw. However, in DP8, the song track window of EZD2 bar 1 is the start of the sequence in the DAW, even if the sequence starts at bar -1.

Am I missing something? Why would it sync with Pro Tools and not DP8?
