Autostart specific preset?

I would like to add a specific, own preset to the MacOSX autostart. Which file must I add?

Do you mean that when you start Superior Drummer 3, you want it to have certain drums loaded etc?
In that case – set up Superior Drummer 3 the way you like it (with drum selections, MIDI on song track, Grooves filters pressed etc) – and go to File menu, and select “Set Current as Default Project”. Superior Drummer will now start like that!
