I have new Mac Book Pro, I’m installing all EzDrummer and Superior Drummer 2 kits, used Toontrack Product Manager. All authorization was OK, all product was “ready to use” but… when I’m first time starting soft (Cubase 10) and opening Superior Drummer, Avatar Core Library and The Progressive foundry library missing. When I again start Toontrack Product Manager – Avatar have Message – Download product and – The Progressive Foundry message – Instal product. – I don’t know why? 5 min again was all OK? And when I starting installing The Progressive Foundry – Manager present message – You need to upgrade Superior Drummer to version 2.4.2. before installing this update. – I have new 2.4.4. version. ???? Don’t understand?
Hi,
Please click “Show Details” for Avatar in Product Manager, then go to the “Installation Info” tab and take a screenshot of what it shows.
Also, what is your download location set to in Product Manager’s Preferences?
If you were able to run the installer for Progressive Foundry once and when you try again it says you need to upgrade Superior Drummer, it’s very strange. It could mean that a certain preferences file has become corrupted. Re-running the Superior 2.4.4 installer may fix it.
