Automating Mutes

Hi,

Is there a way to automate SD3 mutes using ProTools? For context, ProTools plug-ins typically support automation by allowing the user to select plug-in parameters that will be available for automation in Pro Tools. For example, for a typical EQ, one can select input level, out level, Q’s, frequencies and gains, etc., and these will then show up in PT as parameters that can be automated in track view. Is there any similar functionality with SD3? The context is I want to experiment with muting specific drums or symbols at different points in my song without having to go into SD3 and delete all of the notes I don’t want.

yes. assign the superior drumm action you want to the macros. then add that macro parameter to pro tools using the assignment button at the top of the plug in works perfect
