I recently purchased a new pc and attempted to authorize for EZD2 on line. Received an error box saying the ID number on new computer was invalid. Checked and re-checked it and the ID is valid. The download was successful on the new pc yet, when I attempt to log on I get another error message that the server timed out. Any suggestions?

so you cannot download the latest update(s) and apply before Authorizing?
