Authorized Slot Problem (can't find customer services address)

The catastrophe of the recent windows update forced us to buy a new tower pc.

We did our best to remove ezdrummer from the old tower pc and it now lies defunct in the corner of the room.

Could you please delete the old tower pc slot and allow us to put it on the new tower pc?
