As in the title, can I get my ‘Authorization’ reset on my toontrack products?
Due to being burgled twice, and mass destruction of studio PC due to an Earthquake (feb 22nd 2011 chch NZ), I have used almost all of my activations.
My current PC fried it self and I am building a new one. I would like to have my ‘Authorizations reset’ so I can start from scratch.
Please don’t tell me I need to buy new licensees…

I’ve got a very similar situation on my hands; my parents started using the first computer I authorized for Superior Drummer, and the next computer wasn’t quite as powerful as I’d hoped. I used it anyway and then I started using one of my friends’ PCs and another’s laptop to try to record music, but that didn’t last long and I just dealt with it until now, when I have a computer that can actually handle everything I throw at it.
Sob story aside, could I ALSO have my authorizations removed to start clean? This applies to my Superior Drummer 2.0, Metal Foundry SDX AND my EZPlayer, actually, though I suppose I could live without the EZPlayer if I could only choose one, which I’m sure you’ll let me know if that’s the case. 😛 I would pay you back in favors!

I have bought myself some new computers for my studio equipment and have inactivated all of my old computers, but one. So I would be very grateful if you could help me so that I can authorize my new computers (2) in order to use them. Because yesterday when I tried to authorize my computers it said that I already had 4/4 authorized so I couldn’t do anythin.
Please help me with this issue!

Hi Humberto,
your 2 oldest inactive Authorizations are removed. You should now have at least 2 free for each product.

Hello,
I have the same issue with Authorizations that aren’t active
preventing me from putting ez-drummer on my new computer(s).
(I use this at my studio as well as at home and at work).
I’ve had this product for roughly 3-4 years now, so some of the authorizations
aren’t valid due to those computers being long gone.
Can someone re-set my in-active authorizations so I may authorize my
new computers?
