Authorization was Denied

Hi

 

I logged support request about this a while back and have just had to again. My Mac had an issue so I reinstalled the OS to find I am unable to activate Superior Drummer. A mod (sorry if that is not the right title) managed to reset this for me, and I am wondering if this can be done again.

 

I have cleared all my authorizations in the Product section but no luck.
