Authorization Problem

Hi Folks,
I have just purchased EZ mix, Colin RIchardson and Metal Gear Gods. When i installed EZ Mix I did not have to put in an authorization code???? When I tried to authorize both Colin Richardson and metal Gear Gods, it says it can’t connect to the server, and when I try to do it offline, there is another serial there and won’t let me authorize????? I have uninstalled and re – installed all my Toontrack products but doesn’t seem to have helped.

I’m having the same problem, the main EZmix 2 program installed with no problems, it’s the 6 pak bundle that is saying the same as above. I’ve sent an email to support on 1/29/15 about this and have gotten no response as of yet.

If you remove active authorizations, yes, we can reset them once you reach 4 inactive authorizations.
