Authorization Problem

Hello,

After a computer crash / OS – re-install, I just reinstalled EZDrummer without issues. Got the authorization screen, with the furnished new computer ID – everything went fine. I then re-installed my Jazz EZX. The install went fine, however – after loading EzDrummer as a plug-in in my DAW (Cubase Studio 4), and selecting “Jazz”, it *looks* like it’s already authorized, i.e. I see the image of the Jazz kit, I can punch up the mixer, even call up the MIDI tracks, but I am not presented with an authorization screen. I have already de-activated my past authorization for the Jazz EZX on the website.

I also have my Funkmaster EZX ready to install…

What could be going wrong?

Make sure you have all the latest updates of both plugin and EZX and then launch and Authorize in Toontrack solo, please.

I’ve just updated my EZDrummer and was able to authorize the Jazz EZX via the updater finding what it needed on my HD.

I’ve still got my Funkmaster EZX to go but since it’s 5:30 AM, I think I’ll go for the sleep option…hehe.

If I have any trouble, I’ll be back for more instruction – thank you John!
