Authorization of “EZdrummer 2” failed.

Trying to install and use Ezdrummer 2 on my new Macbook air (M1) and when I try to authorize my products (including my EZX’s) I get Authorization of “Ezdrummer 2″ failed. The server said: an unknown error has occurred”. I have one device registered already, an older laptop I’ve been running EZd2 on for a while now. Followed all default installation options and made sure everything is up to date I’m lost as to what the problem is. Screen shot shows the error message.

Me, too. Can’t authorize EZbass and EZdrummer2. “the server said: An unknown error has occurred.”

I can’t find an icon nor can I get ez drummer to work. I have downloaded and reinstalled this program numerous times an to no avail. I have attached a screen shoot of my issue. I am very frustrated at this point. Can you tell me what I am doing wrong? Thank you.
