Authorization failed???

Hi Toontrack.

Today I bought the progressive EZX but I can’t authorize it.
The product is registered on the serial number EXPG-FBXF-HFLK-YYFW-A46E
I’d try it on and offline,but when I klick on “Authorize” there’s the message “Authorization failed.Contact support for help.”
I don’t know what I’m doing wrong?! Please help!
By the way : Is there a german support from toontrack,too?
Because I’m from Germany 😉

I don’t see EZDRUMMER2 registered to your account. The Progressive EZX is an expansion pack for EZD2. Do you have another account with EZD2 registered to it?

No! It’s registered On the pc from my Studio buddy @ home. but now I,d like to work with the EZX on the studio pc.
Doesn’t this work with offline Authorization? Do I have to buy EZdrummer 2,too?

Yes. You would need to buy EZDrummer2 also. You and your friend can’t share a license. The license for EZD2 that your friend purchased is for a single user (himself). You will need your own licensed copy of EZD2.
