authorization code?

Bought EZ Drummer at Sam Ash 3 days ago. Didn’t get a box, or anything but an email with the wrong URL to download the software from. Finally after figuring it out myself (I thought the bad link was a third party security/verification service) I download and register it. Now I go to open it in my DAW and it is asking for an authorizaion code before I can use it. Neither the Serial number nor the Verification Code works. Any suggestions. I hear it’s great software. Can’t wait to actually hear it for myself.

Hi there,
I too am having trouble with my new copy of EZDrummer. I have tried installing it on my Win7 32 bit pc but it gives up about 80% of the way through then it uninstalls as it cannot continue due to a 1308 code error message. I have registered the product on my account also. I cannot get an authorization code from when I run the product for the 1st time (as videos suggest) as it will not install on my pc. What am I doing wrong?
I would welcome any help.
