“It always says “Audio Input 1””

That’s what I get in Bandlab and it works fine. I don’t know Cubase.

    Hallo Pete,

vielen Dank!

    Hi Sylvia,

Like I said, it works fine for me. I have no problem with it at all even when playing a bass line on my guitar.

    Hi Sylvia,

This is what I do with recording a bass line with my guitar to send to EZBass.

1: Create an Audio track in the DAW. Let’s call it Gtr to EzBass. Get a good input level.

2: I start EZ Bass in my DAW.

3: I insert the Audio tracker on the track Gtr to EzBass. In the audio tracker you can also change the default from input audio 1 to the name of the track. Using my example above, Gtr to EZBass. (Pic01)

4: Select audio tracker in EZ Bass and then select Record audio from Daw. If you have changed the input name on the audio tracker you will see that name in the input box at the bottom. (pic02 and pic03)

5: I then press PLAY in the DAW as instructed by EZBass, play my guitar and EZ Bass starts recording. (Pic04)

    Continued.

6: After recording, (stopping play) I get (pic 05) and I select guitar audio to bass midi.

    7. Finally, (pic 06) with the midi.

Remember I am playing live with my guitar and I don’t arm the track in my DAW for recording, I press play in my DAW and EZBass records

    the input from that track.

    Pete
