AU IS NOT INSTALLED

Hello,

After installing the Superior Drummer 3 and notice that it doesn’t appear in Logic Pro X, I have seen that in Toontrack Product Manager it says that “AU is not installed” and the installation status is “partly installed”. I have installed the product and the updates a few times, but after finishing all the processes, it says the same again.

Operating system: macOS Big Sur (11)

I´m sorry but I don’t know what you mean. Where can I find the Custom Install Page? Do you mean inside Toontrack Product Manager?

Something similar has happened to me but with the aax file. But whenever I try to reinstall the custom install prompt never comes up. What should I do?

Hey Olof – I’m having the same problem as the OP when I try to reinstall EZBass. I’ve downloaded, installed and updated all the software for EZBass but it’s still showing in the Product Manager that it is only partly installed and that AAX and AU are not installed. In the product installer no customise button shows up – your help much appreciated!

Start the latest software updater (instead of the full product installer), it should have all plug format options on the custom install page.
