I see these cymbals (Rode & Crash) on OH Dyn & Amb Ribbin in the mixer. But, there is a lot of bleed from snare & toms as well. Any idea of how to make these independent adjustments without adjusting bleeds etc.
Few EZXs isolate ride/cymbals, but some do. For example, the Original Mix Preset on either of the Duality EZXs.
A workaround: If you turn the unwanted bleeding instruments down on the drums tab, that will reduce their bleed in the OH/Ambient channels. Example: Turn the snare down on the drums tab. Now the snare goes less through the OH, but now your snare is quiet as well. To compensate, crank your snare on the mixer to tab to make up the difference.
OR… buy Superior Drummer.

Yes you can separate all instruments in SD3 and turn of bleeds. I’m not able to get to my computer at the moment and can’t explain without going through it. Search Superior Drummer 3 mic routing on YouTube.
SD3 with older sdx,s plus Rooms of Hansa and Death & Darkness. Cubase and wavelab current versions. Roland TD50x using all trigger inputs for triggering SD3 only. Windows 11 computer. Various keyboards and outboard gear as well as VST instruments. Acoustic drums: Yamaha 9000 natural wood and Pearl masters. Various snare drums. RME BabyFace Pro FS and Adam A7X monitors
Right-click the cymbal and select “Route Instrument microphones…”. From there you can create your own channel.
Alternatively, you can select the OH channel and adjust your bleed mixes in the property panel to the side.
