Are the ezkeys grooves royalty free?

Hi, i’m looking to put out an album of my compositons (piano only) as a background music sort of thing
i’ve come up with chords, the chord progressions,the key etc but then as i’m not a piano player, and pretty new to using MIDI i have just used the in built grooves from the grooves tab.
would it be okay to publish these on apple music, spotify etc or would there be copyright issues?
