    Hi,

right-click the Cymbal in question, click ‘More’, then ‘Route Instrument Microphones’. Change the ‘Close’ Mic to ‘Create New Channel’.

This creates a new channel in the mixer for the Cymbal.

    BR,

    John

You don’t need to eliminate the channels. If you don’t want to use them, you can remove all bleed from instruments from those channels (right click on them and select Disable Bleed from All Instruments). By doing this, less memory will be used by Superior Drummer 3.
After that, right click the mixer channels again and select Hide Channel, so they aren’t shown in the mixer.
