Hi,
Can I get SD3 to make the default for all existing kits to always be “apply multichannel outputs” in the mixer? Or must I manually change this for each kit, then resave it as a different name? I think this would make more sense as a global setting, but don’t see a way.
Thanks
ds
Have you tried saving your project as a default project?
I usually save my go to kits as a patch/template in my DAW. This way, all the routings and plug-ins are recalled instantly, saving mixing time.

Thanked by: Scott EshlemanThanks Jordan, yeah I guess I can do that, but I have a load kits from the packs that all default to stereo output, so when I’m checking them out I have switch it on each time, then as these kits are part of a pack, I need to “save as..” as you can’t overwrite (“save”) anything on those kits. So it mean I will have to manually do that for each kit, and also have a duplicate (i.e. mutlichannel default) of each kit I want to try out, just seems like a lot of hassle, not sure I can see a reason for this not to be a global config setting, or was thinking I’m maybe just not using it right or something
Yah I’m not aware of a way to edit many existing kits at the same time. I wish there were, I have around 140. Though, can this be done by loading a mix preset from another kit? I think that may just be channel settings though.
