I am fairly certain this would be on the drum page under hit variation. There is a check box for ‘use alternate hits’. You would need stacked kick samples. Might have to try with and without the ‘randomize hits’ box checked. If unchecked, I think it will just alternate which means you would have two different samples on the same pedal when doing single strokes. I’m not an expert though but hopefully fiddling with those settings will get you closer.

You just need to check “Use Alternate Hits” in the Hit Variation and the kicks will alternate.

If you’re still using 3.3.6, I’d advise to update.

…and this advice goes for any expansion with 2 Kicks loaded in SD3.

Figured out why the alternate hits wasn’t working for me before was because my preset doesn’t have have kick articulation ‘open’ loaded (I use the ‘hit’ articulation instead), so the alternate kick drums doesn’t happen without the open articulation (or whatever the primary articulation is) being loaded and mapped to the midi note you’re triggering.
