All tunetrack instruments disappeared after PC re-start. Wont re-install

I re-started my PC toda and when I opened studio one SD# and EZ bass were missing. I re-scanned. Nothing. I unstalled and tried re-installing and now when I try to install it says it cant find the MSI file. (see pic). I love how my PC just does s**t on its own un-promted.

Download again and reinstall. You only need to download the program and not all the content
