Align Groove Segment in Song Track

Other than dragging a Groove segment to move it in Song Track, is there a more precise method to make fine adjustments in Song Track? In other words, if I want to shift the entire Groove segment (or just the snare drum in Grid Editor) slightly, is there a button that will assist me in making slight adjustments?

There is currently no “nudge” function, but we know that it’s a requested feature, so we have noted it!
Until then – zooming in lets you move objects small distances.
For example – In the grid editor – you could click the “Snare” name to select the entire row, zoom in and move the MIDI notes a little to the right to make the snare play a bit after the beat.
