    Are you running the installer from Product Manager? Clicking the red Install button?

    If yes and it is still failing, have you tried right/control click on Product Manager and select “Run as Administrator”?

    Yes, with product manager and red install button . I select “Run as administrator ” ,  It’s the same .

    Now I just removed EZdrummer 2.1.8 (win) on product manager, and I’m trying to reinstall

    OK,

    can you please try this:

    Go into the Product Manager Preferences and change the Download location to your Desktop, do not check the ‘move downloads’ boxes.

    Download the Full Product Installer and run it. Then Download the 2.2.1 update and run it.
