Add ride bell sound to my kits tom rim in SD3?

Any way I can replace a rim sound on a 2 zone tom for example with just the bell from a ride. Would I just assign a ride cymbal to the rim and change the articulations to only bell sound? Help!

You should be able to open the Midi In/E-Drums menu, hit the tom rim you want to map, and change its note mapping to the Ride->Bell shank note (or whatever midi equivalent you want) in the mapping tab on the right side of the menu.
