Just bought 2 midi packs for my EZD3 and while they are recognized in the program, none of the midi is available. I realize there is a bug with unavailable midi, but I haven’t seen the issue with individual midi tracks. Its been with the folders the midi are in (left pane, not the right one).
info:
Fresh install, no custom directory, rebuilt database, the reg edit command line fix is not recognized. Anyone have any ideas? I’m not even sure how to properly do a clean removal of everything to try it again. Is this another symptom of the midi bug?
Thanks for the help.
Yes, I forgot to add that. Edited.
Edit 2: I copied the file contents to a new midi folder, and it seems to be working now, but there is still a duplicate pair of those 2 sets with exclamation points and unavailable. But at least it works.
Thanks for the help!

Hi,
exactly what did you do?
Manually changing stuff in the folder structure may break functionality and updates.

Hey, John.
When I saw people’s YT vids about installation, I noticed that the midi files were all inside the midi folder. Mine were in the folder with the midi folder (common files>toontrack>ezdrummer>midi). I moved them into the midi folder and it worked, however if you look at the image, the folders underneath named pop punk/prog metal still have all the midi files, but won’t load them.
If you know how to remove those two folders, or how to tidy the install, I’d appreciate the help.
