Active Midi Input’s check boxes keep changing every time I open EZD3. I have to uncheck them every time I open EZD3. See attached pic. My SSL controllers are on this list for some reason (I do not want them on this list) and every time I touch a fader or a soft key it plays a drum sound. I have to uncheck all of these boxes every time I open and there is nowhere to save these preferences. Every time I open they are checked again. It’s driving me crazy! Please help! Thanks!
Have you tried File – > Set Current to Default Project?

Thanked by: AmbersignYour SSL controllers are on the list because they report to CoreMIDI. Anything that transmits and receives MIDI information will be on that list. EZ Drummer has no control over that, especially if you are using it in a standalone. If you were selected MIDI controller is are changing then you might want to trash your preferences. Perhaps they are corrupt.

Thanked by: AmbersignThanks for reply but I don’t understand your solution. Every time I open EZD3 the boxes for SSL are selected as midi inputs even though I unchecked them and set to default session. There are other midi inputs on this list that are unchecked and not an issue. This window in EZD3 is the only way to set my preferences for which midi controllers play the drum sounds unless I am missing something. See attached pic in original post. I do not want my mixer playing drum sounds every time I touch a fader and I should not have to uncheck these boxes every time I use EZD3 whether in standalone or connected to my Roland kit. Where do I trash preferences in EZD3?
As I mentioned earlier, this is not an EZ Drummer issue as CoreMIDI, which is a part of the macOS, is picking up your SSL. By what you stated in your post, it is an indication that it is using the HUI protocol. So, in order for you to be able to use it alongside EZ Drummer, you need to do one of the following:
If you are having questions in regards to the first point, the second point would be the easiest way to take care of this issue.
