Hey,
I have 2/2 activations current for EZD2…and apparently have used 4/4.
So I can only use the software on 2 computers? And once I use 4 activation instances (for dead PC’s or whatever…having to reinstall on a new system) that’s it?
I can’t use 3 instances simultaneously?
I have my main DAW at home on PC…a mobile laptop and a work laptop…

I just emailed support, but thought this might be quicker. I have one old machine on my EZDrummer account that I need removed please. I have two current machines that are activated and one old one that needs to be deleted.

While you are at it can you help me also. I have a inactived “DAW” which I replaced with a “Rebuilt DAW” – long story. But would greatly appreciate it you could remove my inactivations. “a reset of my total activations”. Thanks

All set. We only need to really remove authorizations after the 4th has been used. You only had one inactive authorization.

My authorizations of EZDRUMMER LITE has reached four.
I access privileges tries reset to “CONTACT SUPPORT”.
But, there is no EZDRUMMER LITE in the “Select Your Product *”.

I’ve reset your authorizations for EZD Lite. I’m curious as to why you would be using EZD Lite when you have the full EZD Upgrade?

I was misunderstood that I can’t use EZDRUMMER LITE UPGRADE if I don’t authorization EZDRUMMER LITE.
