I am stuck! I downloaded, extracted, installed, and even created an account and registered on the website. But then when I go to open the EZKEYS player and I get to the authorize library online I am told that I have an invalid serial number! C’mon MAN!!! Please help me Obi Won and I will be forever grateful.

Hi,

I see that you have 3 EZkeys libraries you recently registered. Make sure you are entering the correct serial for the product that is asking for authorization. For example, use the ‘Grand Piano’ serial number to authorize EZkeys Grand Piano library.

Hi Scott,
Thank you for the quick reply. I bought these three EZKEYS packages as a bundle and only got one “license” number in the email from http://www.sweetwater.com.

Is there somewhere else that I should be looking to find the individual authorization numbers? I know that this should not be this difficult, so thank you in advance for your help!

Hi Tony,

For the Essential piano bundle package you are provided with one license from the dealer. Upon registering this 1 license to your Toontrack account, 3 individual serial numbers are created and registered to your account.

If you login to Toontrack.com and click My account > My Products > EZkeys Grand piano (for example) You will then see the serial number for the EZkeys grand piano.

Repeat this process for the upright and the Classic Electrics to obtain their serial numbers.
