I can’t renstall SD3 because it says there is a “library missing” — it’s the percussion library folder on my desktop -dunno how it got out of package — the library paths got screwed up add libraries accidentally got moved.
I use SD3. Updated from EZDRUMMER2 with cross grade. I always use the PM and have so each time. Was moving folders to save space. Now it won’t reinstall at all — NOTHING WILL INSTALL And I OWNED ABOUT EVERYTHING THEY OWN — I get the GET INFO area of each folder, it say the library paths – which are all wrong. But I can’t get in there to fix what FAQ and customer support says to do. Mainly, I want to know if I Can program the library path myself, rather than the Mac doing it. Tried unlocking lock at bottom but no good. Fiddled with check marks and stuff but that library path won’t budge — which means I can’t install EzDrummer2 again, which means I can’t the cross grade to SD3, which means there is no place for my dozens of midi and SDX filed to go – which means it won’t work. Which mean I’m SOL. Can anyone offer some tips or advice. I’ve worked on this for days and days – Ive’ sent screen shots to CS — and I just keep getting the same, polite – but extremely unhelpful techno-tongue — in which IT people talk in compute code cause everybody must talk in it too, right? NO.They, not EVERYBODY takes like a computer programmer, so please write a little more simply. I may contact you yet once again — thanks!
