access problem on product manager

I created an account on Toontrack website, when I try login in product manager with the same login infos they don’t work.

The same email and password should be used in Product Manager. Try pasting them instead instead of typing, both on the website and in Product Manager, to make sure there is no typing error. If it still doesn’t work, what is the error message?
