So I’m relatively new to recording and EZ drummer.
I’m using EZ drummer 2 with Reaper.
When I try to write a song using “tap to find”, it’s a handy tool to use. However, each section I like has a different BPM i.e. the intro I like is at say “133bpm” but then the verse drum beat I like might be “210bpm”. Am I needing some more midi packs so I get more of a choice at certain BPM’s or is there a way to make the whole song just one bpm?
Sorry for the silly question 🙂
You know about the Song Creator function and ‘drop zone’? See this short vid. In short: you can drag a beat you like to the ‘drop zone’ and EZdrummer then shows a whole bunch of intro beats, verse beats, etc. in the same BPM and same style which you can then choose from.

EZdrummer version: 2.1.8
Operating system: Windows 10
The BPM just indicates the tempo the groove was originally played at. The grooves should play back at the tempo on the EZD2 Song Track or your host DAW tempo if you have EZD2s Follow Host active.
Also, make sure you have the Play Original Tempo at the top turned off so you won’t having the original tempo when you’re browsing.
