EZ does not seem to be showing up in my plug in list when booting in 64 bit mode. Most of my other software is still usable with the 32 bit bridge. Does EZ not work when booting in 64 bit mode but still running the 32 bit bridge?
what do you mean by ‘booting in 64-bit’? launching Logic as a 64-bit application or booting Mac itself into a 64-bit kernel?
Anyway, while not 64-bit on the Mac side at this stage, EZdrummer most certainly will work through the AU bridge.

Sorry for my confusion regarding boot vs launch. I was launching 64 bit Logic and was not showing up as a 32 bit plugin option. I went back into a 32 bit launch and reauthorized plugs and then relaunched in 64 bit mode. Alas, my EZ now shows up in the pull down windows. Not sure why it wasn’t launching before – but thank you for your response Rogue.
that is because the AUvalidation that is ran when the 64-bit Logic is started cannot validate 32-bit plug-ins. A clear oversight that I thought was resolved with the latest version, but I guess I’m wrong. Anyway, not long to go before we won’t have to worry about that 🙂
