Further to this, I’ve discovered that it HAS created a MIDI track for the whole file, but I had to stretch it to fit the project. Any ideas?

….and further again, I’ve just found that this doesn’t actually solve the problem, as the snare track gradually moves in and out of time. So I’m back to square 1, with an wonderful bit of software which is unuseable for one of its major functions.

I’m late in following up on this but I wanted to report that the update seems to have addressed the issue for me. I’ll report back if I have any future issues.

So, I’ve just uninstalled the latest update, and reinstalled an old version I found on a remote drive (WIN 302), and Tracker works perfectly. Of course, I’ve now lost the use of my SD3 library, because I’ve updated that, and it needs a newer version of the host to run.

This is some pretty major balls-up, here.

Hi, it sounds like it wasn’t played back with the same tempo it was exported with.

When you’re in the Tracker Export view, what tempo setting are you using up to the left?
The MIDI must be played in the DAW with the same tempo (or tempo map if such is used) that you used during exporting.

I’m not entirely sure what you mean. The tempo hasn’t been changed, plus it works flawlessly with a reinstalled copy of my original d/l…

It was only 3.1.0 that had this bug. As far as we know, everyone that updated to 3.1.1 have had this bug resolved. This makes me think that something went wrong when you updated. It would have been interesting to know what version number it said in the lower left corner of the interface.

Hi. I can’t remember what it said, but it was whatever update my product manager told me to download this morning. I’ll try re-downloading and reinstalling 3.1.1 when I finish work tonight and let you know how it goes

Success. For some reason, I had to do a clean install of 3.1.1.

Thanks for the help, guys. Phew.
